## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THIS ACCIDENT WAS WITNESSED AT CLOSE RANGE BY THE AIRPORT MANAGER AND WAS ALSO CAPTURED BY SECURITY CAMERA FOOTAGE. TAKEOFF ROLL, ROTATION, AND INITIAL CLIMB OUT WERE NORMAL. APPROXIMATELY 100' ABOVE THE RUNWAY, THE AIRCRAFT ABRUPTLY LEVELED OUT AND EXPERIENCED A SLIGHT RAPID DIP OF THE RIGHT WING, WHICH WAS CORRECTED. THIS WAS FOLLOWED BY A SECOND, MORE AGGRESSIVE WING DIP TO THE RIGHT. THIS DIP WAS OVERCORRECTED FOR, CAUSING AN AGGRESSIVE LEFT ROLL, WHICH TOOK THE AIRCRAFT ACROSS THE LEFT EDGE OF THE RUNWAY. AT THIS POINT THE RIGHT WING APPEARED TO STALL. THE AIRCRAFT PITCHED UP AGGRESSIVELY AND ROLLED RIGHT INTO AN INVERTED ATTITUDE, IMPACTING THE RUNWAY AT A STEEP NOSE-LOW, INVERTED ATTITUDE.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
