## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AFTER LANDING ON ROLLOUT NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED CAUSING DAMAGE TO FIBERGLASS NOSE CONE AND GEAR DOORS. AFTER INVESTIGATION FOUND NOSE GEAR DRAG BRACE CENTER BOLT BROKEN AND NUT SIDE MISSING, MOST OF BOLT STILL INSTALLED AND DRAG BRACE REMAINED ASSEMBLED. ALSO FOUND DOWN LOCK HOOK AND BUSHING BEND BACK AND DISENGAGED. INSTALLATION OF NEW HARDWARE AND NUMEROUS GEAR RETRACTION AND EXTENSIONS COULD NOT DETERMINE WHY NOSE GEAR WOULD HAVE UNLOCKED. INSPECTION OF ELECTRICAL WIRING FOUND NO DEFECTS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
