## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING THE CONDUCT OF FLIGHT INSTRUCTION WITH A STUDENT PILOT THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN WITH THE GEAR IN THE UP POSITION. VIDEO EVIDENCE FROM CCTV AT THE AIRPORT SHOWS THE AIRCRAFT ON FINAL AND TOUCHDOWN WITH NO GEAR DEPLOYED. WITNESS STATEMENTS INDICATED THAT NO GEAR WAS OBSERVED IN THE DOWN POSITION. PICTURES PROVIDED BY AIRPORT PERSONNEL SHOW THE GEAR EXENSITON HANDLE IN THE DOWN POSITION INDICATING THE GEAR WAS IN THE UP POSITION WHEN THE AIRCRAFT STOPPED. DAMAGE TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE AIRCRAFT IS CONSISTANT WITH A GEAR UP LANDING AND NOT A COLLASPED GEAR. SKID MARK ON THE NOSE LANDING GEAR DOORS INDICATE THEY WERE CLOSED AT THE TIME OF IMPACT. AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM THE RUNWAY AND PLACED ON THE APRON WITH THE GEAR DEPLOYED WHILE IT WAS SUSPENDED BY THE CRAIN.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
