As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT STATED ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2024 HE WAS INVOLVED IN AN INCIDENT IN THRUSH AIRCRAFT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ AROUND 8:30 AM. THE AIRCRAFT WAS FUELED, OIL LEVEL CHECKED, AND GENERAL WALK AROUND MADE. AIRCRAFT WAS LOADED WITH 275 GALLONS OF FUNGICIDE SPRAY AND START UP PERFORMED. START UP WAS NORMAL WITH ALL GAUGES READING NORMAL. RUN TO CYCLE PROP SEVERAL TIMES PERFORMED AND STARTED TAKE POWER UP. WATCHING TORQUE GAUGE, READ IT AS HAVING 50% TORQUE. STARTED TAKE ROLL. INCREASED POWER TO WHAT HE BELIEVED TO BE 58% TORQUE AT 2200 RPM. PUT IN FLAPS, AIRCRAFT TAIL CAME UP BUT FELT SLUGGISH, HE FAILED TO STOP TAKE OFF. AIRCRAFT FINALLY LIFTED OFF BUT COULDN'T MAINTAIN ALTITUDE AND SETTLED BACK TO GROUND IN A PEANUT PATCH. AFTER TOUCHDOWN AIRCRAFT VEERED LEFT AND THEN SPUN LEFT. PROP STRUCK GROUND AND THE AIRCRAFT THEN SLID SIDEWAYS AND COLLAPSED THE GEAR. AFTER STOPPING, HE LOOKED AT HIS TORQUE GAUGE AND OBSERVED THAT WHAT HE BELIEVED TO BE 58% WAS ONLY 48%. NO MALFUNCTION OF ENGINE CONTROLS OR FLIGHT CONTROLS WERE OBSERVED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
