## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THIS OFFICE RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF A LANDING INCIDENT FROM THE ROC ON 9/24/2024 , THAT ON 9/23/2024 AT NEW SMYRNA BEACH MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (KEVB) A PRIVATE PILOT EXPERIENCED A FLAT NOSE TIRE AND PROP STRIKE IN A PIPER PA-32 DURING THE LANDING PHASE OF FLIGHT.

PERSONNEL FROM THIS OFFICE INSPECTED THE INCIDENT AIRCRAFT AND FOUND THE NOSE WHEEL TIRE FLAT, AND PROP TIPS BENT INDICATING LOW SPEED IMPACT. NO OTHER DAMAGE WAS FOUND.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
