## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON OCTOBER 4, 2024, AT APPROXIMATELY 1300 CENTRAL DAYLIGHT TIME, A BOEING E75, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, WAS TAKING OFF FROM BAR V K AIRPORT(T38) HEADED TO RANGER MUNICIPAL AIRPORT(F23). THE ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^PILOT PROCEEDED TO RUNWAY 18 FOR TAKEOFF AT 80 MPH THE PILOT BEGAN HIS CLIMB. EVERYTHING LOOKED NORMAL UNTIL ABOUT 100 TO 150 FEET, THE AIRCRAFT QUIT CLIMBING AND STARTED A SLOW DESCENT. THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCED AT THE END OF THE RUNWAY. THE PILOT IMMEDIATELY PULLED BACK ON THE STICK TO CLIMB OVER THE TREES SOUTH OF THE RUNWAY. THE MAIN LANDING GEAR CONTACTED THE TOP OF FIRST TREE. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST WRAPPED AROUND THE LAST OF THE THREE TREES. THERE WERE NO MECHANICAL ISSUES FOUND. THE AIRCRAFT HAS SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE FROM THE IMPACT WITH THE TREES. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB CEN25LA004](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CEN25LA004), Oct 4, 2024: Boeing E75 (N1612M), Sanger, TX, substantial damage. Probable cause: The pilot’s failure to maintain airplane control.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
