As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING TOUCHDOWN AT A SLIGHTLY SLOPED TEMPORARY LANDING ZONE (LZ), THE PILOT IN COMMAND FELT A ROCKING MOTION OF THE HELICOPTER AS THE AFT PART OF THE SKIDS TOUCHED THE GROUND AS THE COLLECTIVE WAS LOWERED. WHEN THE ROCKING MOTION STOPPED, THE PILOT NOTICED A MAST MOMENT LIMITATION EXCEEDANCE. SIMULTANEOUSLY, THE PILOT HEARD A NOISE, FELT A VIBRATION IN THE CYCLIC, AND IMMEDIATELY SHUTDOWN THE HELICOPTER. POST SHUTDOWN INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE MAIN ROTOR BLADES CONTACTED THE WIRE STRIKE BRACKET MOUNTED BETWEEN THE GREENHOUSE WINDOWS IN THE CENTER OF THE HELICOPTER CANOPY WHEN THE MAST MOMENT WAS EXCEEDED. DEFORMATION WAS FOUND DURING AN EXAMINATION OF THE LANDING GEAR CROSS TUBES DENOTING DISTANCE LIMITATIONS OUT OF MANUFACTURER’S TOLERANCES. THE HELICOPTER CENTRAL PANEL DISPLAY SYSTEM (CPDS) RECORDED THE MASS MOMENT LIMITATION EXCEEDANCE AT 111% FOR 4 SECONDS.
