## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^CONDUCTED A FLIGHT IN AN UNREGISTERED AND UNAIRWORTHY LIGHT SPORT AIRCRAFT AT KLXT WITHOUT HOLDING A PILOT OR MEDICAL CERTIFICATE REQUIRED BY 14 CFR PART 61, OPERATING IN A MANNER THAT INTERFERRED WITH OTHER AIRCRAFT ON GROUND AND IN TRAFFIC PATTERN, AND CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT FROM A HARD LANDING.

HE DEMONSTRATED A LACK OF COMPETENCE TO OPERATE THE AIRCRAFT SAFELY DUE TO INSUFFICIENT TRAINING..

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
