## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON DECEMBER 18, 2024, AT APPROXIMATELY 1648 MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ DURING A FLIGHT WITH 2 PILOT OCCUPANTS, PILOT IN COMMAND (PIC) LANDED THE AIRCRAFT AT CALDWELL EXECUTIVE AIRPORT (EUL). PIC STATED, DURING THE ROLLOUT THE AIRCRAFT DRIFTED TO THE LEFT. THIS AIRCRAFT ONLY HAS BRAKE CONTROL IN THE LEFT SEATING POSITION.

THE PIC INDICATED THAT HE WAS UNABLE TO OPERATE THE CONTROLS TO FULL TRAVEL DUE TO HIS SHORT STATURE. AS THE AIRCRAFT DRIFTED TO THE LEFT, THE PILOT PASSENGER INTERFERED BY PUSHING THE RIGHT RUDDER BEYOND THE REACH OF THE PIC. THIS ACTION REMOVED THE ABILITY OF THE PIC TO CONTROL THE RIGHT BRAKE PEDAL. THE RESULT WAS THAT THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED ITS LEFTWARD DRIFT OFF THE OF THE RUNWAY. THIS RESULTED IN THE RIGHT-HAND MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSING AND THE PROPELLER BLADES IMPACTING THE GROUND.

THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE TO LANDING GEAR AND PROPELLER BLADES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
