## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AFTER DEPARTING ST MARY'S CLIMBING THROUGH FL 220 ABOUT 20 MIN AFTER TAKEOFF, EXPERIENCED A LOUD NOISE AND RAPID DEPRESSURIZATION. PILOT AND CREW FOLLOWED COMPANY QRH, DECENDED TO FL 130 AND CONTINUED TO DESTINATION TED STEVENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED BECAUSE UNRELATED TORQUE OSCILATION INDICATION PROMPTED THEM TO SHUT DOWN AN ENGINE IN FLIGHT. LANDED AIRCRAFT WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT OR INJURY. INSPECTION REVEALED A 14.5" CRACK IN THE FS 93 RADOME PRESSURE BULKHEAD. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ APPROVED ERO AND REPAIRS WERE COMPLIED WITH BEFORE FAA COULD ASSIGN AN IIC. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE SAME EXACT INCIDENT OCCURRED IN 2016. THE RESULT WAS NO AD, BUT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ DID PUBLISH AN ALERT SERVICE BULLETIN TO INSPECT THE FS 93 RADOME PRESSURE BULKHEAD FOR FATIGUE/CRACKS. THE LAST TIME THE INSPECTION WAS COMPLIED WITH WAS JULY 2024, ONLY 5 MONTHS BEFORE THE DEPRESSURIZATION EVENT.
