## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT STATED THAT THE AIRCRAFT WAS ON APPROACH FOR KROG AND THAT HE BECAME DISTRACTED BY TURBULENCE AND NEGLECTED TO PUT THE GEAR DOWN. HE RECOGNIZED THAT THE GEAR WAS NOT DOWN PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN AND ADVANCED POWER FOR A GO AROUND BUT THE PROPELLER BLADE TIPS STRUCK THE PAVEMENT OF THE RUNWAY. HE PERFORMED THE GO-AROUND, LOWERED THE GEAR, AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER ISSUE. INSPECTION AFTER SHUTDOWN SHOWED THAT ALL 4 BLADES WERE DAMAGED. THERE WAS NO OTHER VISIBLE DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
