## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT STATED, PRIOR TO LANDING, HE EXTENDED THE LANDING GEAR AND CONFIRMED THE GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCKED AS INDICATED IN THE GARMIN G3X SYSTEM.

AFTER TOUCHDOWN, HE FELT ABNORMAL VIBRATIONS AND A LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL. THE PLANE CONTINUED IN AN UNCONTROLLED SLIDE AND DRIFTED LEFT UNTIL COMING TO A COMPLETE STOP AT THE LEFT EDGE OF THE RUNWAY.

A POST ACCIDENT INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED. THE NOSEWHEEL WAS ENTIRELY SHEERED OFF AT THE LEVEL OF THE METAL FORK. THE NOSE STRUT REMAINED INTACT AND IN THE DOWN AND LOCKED POSITION. BOTH MAIN GEARS WERE RETRACTED TO THE GROUND LEVEL.

THE AIRCRAFT RECEIVED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE. NO INJURIES REPORTED.
