## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT OVER RAN TAXIWAY ALPHA AT KBFM AND WENT INTO THE GRASS WHERE THE AIRCRAFT WAS STUCK AND HAD TO BE REMOVED VIA A TOW TRUCK. PILOT REPORTED ISSUES WITH RUNWAY EDGE LIGHTING, LAYOUT, SIGNAGE, SUGGEST ADDING REFLECTORS WHERE DEPARTED. CAR HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE AIRPORT TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES, IN ADDITION TO ADDING AN AIRPORT NOTE TO ALERT PILOTS OF THE DISCONTINUITY IN TAXIWAY ALPHA. PILOT IN COMMAND AND SECOND IN COMMAND FILED ASAP REPORT AND WAS GIVEN TRAINING AND COUNSELING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
