## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

JAN 13, 2025, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, SEA-OGG, CREW REPORTED TIRE DAMAGE UPON LANDING.

JAN 14, 2025, MAINTENANCE AT OGG CONFIRMED THE DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIRE TREAD, TO THE #1 TIRE. BOTH THE #1 AND #2 TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLIES WERE REPLACED. CONDITIONAL INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED FOR TIRE BURST/TREAD LOSS. AIRCRAFT DAMAGE WAS FOUND ON THE LH INBOARD AFT FLAP AND LH INNER MLG DOOR.

JAN 18, 2025, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS FERRIED FROM OGG TO HNL FOR FINAL REPAIRS. LH INBOARD AFT FLAP WAS REPLACED. LH INNER MLG DOOR WAS REPLACED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE WITHOUT ANY FURTHER ISSUES. END

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
