## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JANUARY 16, 2025, AT 1:00PM PST THE PILOT WAS ATTEMPTING TO LAND THE SUBJECT AIRCRAFT AT HARRIS RANCH AIRPORT (3O8) WHILE USING A CHECKLIST. THE PILOT STATED THEY WERE DISTRACTED DUE TO OTHER AIRCRAFT IN THE PATTERN, WHICH LED TO A FAILURE TO VERIFY THAT THE LANDING GEAR WAS PROPERLY EXTENDED BEFORE LANDING. UPON TOUCHING DOWN THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED DAMAGE INDICATIVE OF LANDING WITH THE LANDING GEAR NOT IN THE EXTENDED POSITION. BOTH THE PILOT AND PASSENGER REPORTED THAT THEY DID NOT SUSTAIN ANY INJURIES. WHEN THE AIRCRAFT WAS LIFTED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE RUNWAY THE LANDING GEAR WAS EXTENDED AND OPERATED NORMALLY WITHOUT ISSUE. THE LANDING GEAR DID NOT HAVE ANY NOTABLE DAMAGE OTHER THAN A RUB MARK ON THE L/H TIRE FACE FROM WHERE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN RUBBING WHILE BEING TUCKED IN DURING THE GEAR-UP LANDING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
