## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT CONTACTED TOWER FOR VISUAL APPROACH AND DECENT/LANDING CHECKLIST ACCOMPLISHED. SELECTED GEAR DOWN AND NO GREEN SAFE INDICATION. NOTICED GEAR CIRCUIT BREAKER (CB) WAS POPPED AND RESET. RECYCLED GEAR CONDUCTED A FLY-BY TOWER WHICH INDICATED THE NOSE GEAR APPEARED TO BE HALFWAY DOWN, BUT MAIN GEARS APPEARED TO BE LOCKED. RECYCLED GEAR SEVERAL TIMES, GOT UP AN LOCK INDICATION BUT NEVER GOT A SAFE INDICATION. TRIED TO MANUALLY EXTEND GEAR WITH NO SUCCESS AND CONDUCTED ANOTHER FLY BY THE TOWER REPORTING GEAR STILL HALF DOWN. DECIDED TO LAND AFTER TALKING WITH MECHANIC FOR TROUBLESHOOTING. AT MAIN GEAR TOUCHDOWN CUT FUEL MIXTURES, FEATHERED THE PROPS, CAME TO A STOPON RUNWAY 21, THEN EGRESSED WITHOUT INJURIES TO PILOT OR PASSENGER. FIRE DEPTPARTMENT PROVIDED ASSISTANCE TO RAISE ACFT WITH AIRBAGS WHILE MECHANIC PALCE JACKS UNDER AIRCRAFT AND EXTENDED NOSE LANDING GEAR DOWN IN LOCKED POSITION BEFORE TOWING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
