## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FROM FSDO MANAGEMENT AT APPROXIMATELY 1335 PST ON 1/28/2025. THE INITIAL REPORT FROM THE ROC WAS RECEIVED AT APPROXIMATELY 1403 PST 1/28/2025. CONTACTED THE ROC FOR INITIAL BRIEF AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WOULD NOT BE NTSB PRESENCE ON-SCENE. SPOKE WITH MANAGEMENT ABOUT THE IIC PRESENCE AND BASED ON RISK AND THE DISTANCE, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE INVESTIGATION COULD BE ACCOMPLISHED WITHOUT TRAVELING. PROCEEDED TO CALL THE PIC OF THE AIRPLANE INVOVLED IN THE ACCIDENT. THE PIC STATED: WHILE ON APPROACH TO RUNWAY 30 THE AIRPLANE SHOWED POSITIVE GEAR DOWN INDICATION FOR BOTH RH AND LH MLG. UPLON SHORT FINAL THE PIC SAW DEER ON THE RUNWAY AND DECIDED TO GO AROUND. THE PIC THEN RETRACT THE GEAR WITH A NORMAL SEQUENCE. UPON SECOND APPROACH, THE PILOT STATED THAT THE WINDS FAVORED RUNWAY 13 AND DECIDED TO LAND ON THAT RUNWAY. ON THE SECOND APPROACH, BOTH LH AND RH MLG SHOWED DOWN AND LOCK INDICATION. SHORTLY AFTER TOUCHING DOWN, APPROXIMATELY 1,000 FEET DOWN THE RUNWAY THE RH MLG COLLAPSED AND THEN THE LH MLG COLLAPSED. THE AIRPLANCE YAWED RIGHT AND THEN LEFT DURING THE COLLAPSE AND THE AIRPLANE SKIDDING TO A HAULT. THE PIC IMMEDIATELY TURNED OFF ELECTRONICAL AND THE ENGINE. UPON EGRESS, THE PIC STATED HE DISCOVERED A FUEL LEAK, BUT ALSO STATED THAT THERE WERE NO FUEL SYSTEM ABNORMALITIES THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE 2.5 HOUR FLIGHT THAT ORIGINATED FROM L00 (ROSAMAN SKYPARK) AT 0910. IF ANY FURTHER INFORMATION IS REPORTED, AN AMMENDMENT WILL BE MADE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
