PILOT WAS EXECUTING FINAL LANDING TO RWY 35L AT KAPA, WAS DISTRACTED AND DID NOT LOWER LANDING GEAR.  MINOR DAMAGE WAS SUSTAINED TO THE AIRCRAFT RESULING IN CLASSIFICATION AS AN INCIDENT.  PILOT WAS NOT INJURED.
