## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT PERFORMED PREFLIGHT, A RUN UP NO PROBLEMS NOTED. AIRCRAFT TAXIIED TO THE RUNWAY AND LINED UP, WENT FULL POWER AND 68 KNOTS ROTATED. AT 900 FEET PILOT FELT A ENGINE BUCKING AND THEN 3-4 SECONDS LATER IT HAPPENED AGAIN. PILOT POWERED BACK AND CONTROLLED THE AIRCRAFT WITH ABOUT 3000 RPM AND TURNED BACK TO THE RUNWAY. GEAR LEVER WAS SET TO THE DOWN POSITION WHILE STILL IN TRANSISTIONING UPWARD. LANDING GEAR FAILED TO REACH FULL EXTENSION BEFORE CONTACTING THE RUNWAY AND COLLAPSED. PLANE TOUCHED DOWN ABOUT 1/2 TO 3/4 DOWN THE RUNWAY AND SLID TOWARD THE LEFT ONTO THE TAXIWAY.
