## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THAT MORNING OF THE FLIGHT, BEFORE DEPARTURE FROM KHEF, THE STUDENT'S FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR ENDORSED AND SIGNED HIS SOLO CROSS COUNTRY TO ANOTHER AIRPORT. AT THE OTHER AIRPORT, WHICH WAS KCJR, ON DEPARTURE ROLL, FULL POWER APPLIED, AIRCRAFT ROLLED DOWN RUNWAY ABOUT 100 FEET AND HAD LEFT TURNING TENDANCY. AIRMAN UNABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL, LEFT AND RIGHT LONG SKID MARKS ON PAVEMENT AND IN GRASS. AIRCRAFT CROSSED A CONCRETE DITCH, PROPELLER STRIKE, FRONT WHEEL DISENGAGED, AND AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER ON PROPELLER.

NOTE: MAINTENANCE RECORDS REVIEWED, NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED.
