## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AN EMB 505, ENROUTE CLT-HPN, LANDED ON RUNWAY 16. ATIS REPORTED RNWY CONDITIONS 5/5/5 WITH BRAKING ACTION AS GOOD TO MEDIUM. THE CREW PLANNED TO EXIT AT TAXIWAY KILO BUT WAS INSTRUCTED TO TAXI TO THE END OF RUNWAY 16 AND EXIT BECAUSE TAXI WAY KILO WAS CLOSED. THE CREW ATTEMPTED TO SLOW APPROX. 500 FT FROM THE END OF THE RUNWAY BUT EXPERIENCED 0 BRAKING DUE TO SURFACE CONDITIONS. THE AIRCRAFT SLID INTO THE STOP WAY AND CAME TO REST WITH THE NOSE WHEEL APPROXIMATELY 6 INCHES OFF OF THE PAVED SURFACE IN THE GRASS AT THE DEPARTURE END OF RUNWAY 16.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
