## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, LANDING AT WHITMAN (WHP) AIRPORT ON RUNWAY 12, TOUCHED DOWN ON THE RH MAIN GEAR WITH SMOKE COMING FROM THE TIRE, THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCED, AGAIN TOUCHING DOWN ON THE RH MAIN GEAR WITH SMOKE FROM THE TIRE FOLLOWED BY THE LH MAIN GEAR TOUCHING DOWN WITH NO SMOKE FROM THE TIRE. THE AIRCRAFT VEERED TO THE RIGHT AND THE AIRCRAFT FLIPPED FORWARD LANDING ON ITS BACK, OFF THE RIGHTHAND SIDE OF THE RUNWAY. BOTH MAIN WHEELS SPUN FREELY DURING POST INCIDENT INSPECTION. THE RH MAIN LANDING GEAR TIRE HAS TWO FLAT SPOTS ON THE TREAD.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
