## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT VEERED OFF TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY DURING TAKEOFF. THE PILOT REJECTED THE TAKEOFF TOO LATE INTO THE TAKEOFF ROLL AND SUBSEQUENTLY IMPACTED THE AIRPORT PERIMETER FENCE CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT. THE PILOT APPEARED TO BE QUALIFIED IN THE OPERATION OF THE AIRCRAFT AND THE AIRCRAFT APPEARED TO BE IN AIRWORTHY CONDITION AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB CEN25LA118](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CEN25LA118), Mar 12, 2025: Just Superstol (N45TW), Paonia, CO, substantial damage. Probable cause: The pilot’s failure to maintain the airplane’s directional control during the takeoff roll.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
