## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT WAS PREPARING TO LAND. PILOT FAILED TO ENSURE AIRCRAFT WAS PROPERLY CONFIGURED FOR LANDING, AND AIRCRAFT LANDED WITH GEAR NOT FULLY DEPLOYED. UPON CONTACT WITH THE GROUND, THE AIRCRAFT VEERED OFF THE RUNWAY TO THE LEFT, HITTING THE LEFT INBOARD WING AGAINST A RUNWAY EDGE LIGHT, AND THE LEFT OUTBOARD WING AGAINST A RUNWAY DISTANCE REMAINING SIGN. AIRCRAFT SPUN TO THE LEFT AND CAME TO REST WITH THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR OUT, AND THE LEFT MAIN AND NOSE LANDING GEAR NOT EXTENDED. THE LEFT-WING LEADING EDGE WAS DAMAGED FROM CONTACT WITH THE RUNWAY DISTANCE REMAINING SIGN. UPON INITIAL INVESTIGATION, THE LANDING GEAR LEVER WAS IN THE UP-POSITION. AIRCRAFT WAS RAISED AND ALL THREE GEAR EXTENDED IN THE DOWN AND LOCKED POSITION PER THE GEAR POSITION LIGHTING INDICATOR. AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED NOTICEABLE DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER, LEFT-WING LEADING EDGE (TWO PLACES), LOWER LEFT-WING, UNDERCARRIAGE, AND BELLY.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
