## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE TAXING FROM PARKING FRONT NOSE-GEAR COLLAPSED AFTER ENCOUNTERING A SMALL DRAINAGE INDENTURE ON TAXIWAY, APPROXIMATELY 2 DEGREES IN DOWNWARD GRADE. THE AIRCRAFT’S PROPELLER IMPACTED THE TARMAC AS THE NOSE GEAR FAILED. THE JOHNSON GEAR BAR WAS FOUND TO BE IN THE PROPER GEAR DOWN POSITION. EXAMINATION OF NOSE GEAR ASSEMBLY REVEALED THAT FRONT GEAR FORK ASSEMBLY SHEARED AT WELDING POINT, JUST ABOVE THE SHOCK DISCS. MDR: (2025FA0000278) SUBMITTED FOR LANDING GEAR ASSEMBLY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
