ON SHORT FINAL OVER THE NUMBERS THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED A STRONG GUST AND TURBULANCE, THE PILOT THEN ELECTED TO GO AROUND. AFTER STARTING THE GO AROUND THE PILOT EXPERIENCED A SUDDEN GUST WHICH CAUSED THE RIGHT WING TO DROP. THE PILOT MAINTAINED CONTROL AND CONTINUED THE GO AROUND. WHILE BEING VECTORED FOR LANDING ON RUNWAY 26 AN AIRCRAFT ON THE GROUND REPORTED THAT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ MIGHT HAVE STRUCK THE GROUND WITH THE RIGHT WING TIP. THE PILOT STATED HE DID NOT FEEL ANY THING DURING THE GO AROUND AND CONTINUED FOR RUNWAY 26. HE MADE A NORMAL APPROACH AND LANDING ON RUNWAY 26 WITH NO ISSUES. From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
