WHILE CONDUCTING TOUCH AND GOES AT HOUSTON SOUTHWEST AIRPORT PILOT HAD COMPLETED TWO EVENTS.  DURING THE THIRD TOUCH AND GO PILOT FAILED TO LOWER LANDING GEAR AND AIRCRAFT LANDED GEAR UP CAUSING DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT AND AIRCRAFT PROPELLOR.
