## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE TAXIING FROM THE RUNWAY TO THE HANGAR AT LVK, THE TAXI INCLUDED REVERSING DIRECTION BY 180 DEGREES TO A PARALLEL TAXIWAY. WHEN ON THE CONNECTOR BETWEEN THE TAXIWAYS, THE AIRCRAFT WAS KEPT LEFT OF CENTER TO AVOID OTHER AIRCRAFT AHEAD ON THE RAMP. IN DOING SO, THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR WENT OFF THE TAXIWAY PAVEMENT. THIS RESULTED IN THE GEAR SINKING IN SOFT GROUND BRINGING THE AILERON TO REST ON A TAXIWAY SIGN, DAMAGING THE AILERON.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
