## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON MARCH 22, 2025, WHILE CONDUCTING A SHORT FILED LANDING MANEUVER ON A PRIVATE PILOT CHECK RIDE AT GRANBURY AIRPORT, THE PIC OF THE AIRCRAFT STALLED THE AIRCRAFT WHILE ATTEMPTING A GO-AROUND CAUSING THE DESIGNATED PILOT EXAMINER TO TAKE THE CONTROLS AND ATTEMPT TO RECOVER. DURING THE RECOVERY THE AIRCRAFT MADE CONTACT WITH THE RUNWAY WHILE VEERING TO THE LEFT. THE LEFT WING STRUCK THE RUNWAY SURFACE CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE LEFT WING TIP. THE AIRCRAFT EXITED THE RUNWAY TO THE LEFT INTO THE SOD AND THEN CONTINUED UNDER PILOT CONTROL ONTO THE PARALLEL TAXIWAY. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO PARKING WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MINOR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT WITH NO INJURIES TO OCCUPANTS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
