## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON APRIL 12, 2025 AT APPROXIMATELY 15:45 EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME WHILE OPERATING UNDER 14 CFR PART 91 THE SINGLE ENGINE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT SKYLANE AIRPORT (3EV) IN EVANSVILLE, INDIANA. DURING ROLLOUT THE NOSE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO COME TO A REST ON IT'S NOSE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND THE DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT IS CONSIDRED MINOR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
