## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON APRIL 21, 2025 AT APPROXIMATELY 1300. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^WAS CONDUCTING MANEUVERS AND TOUCH AND GO'S IN THE VICINITY OF FALLBROOK AIRPARK (L18). OWNER//PILOT HAD RECENTLY COME OUT OF PHASE 1 WITH A NEW HOME-BULT AIRCRAFT. PILOT STATED ON HIS LANDING TO A FULL STOP THAT WHEN HE APPLIED BRAKES TO THE AIRCRAFT. THE BRAKES FORCED THE NOSE FORWARD ON THE CONVENTIONAL GEAR. THE AIRCRAFT'S NOSE TILTED FORWARD AND THE PROPELLER SPINNER HIT THE GROUND RESULTING IN A PROP STRIKE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS SHUT DOWN ON RUNWAY 18 AND TOWED BACK TO PARKING. NO OTHER DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT AND NO INJURIES REPORTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
