## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON APRIL 23, 2025, AT APPROXIMATELY 1125 EASTERN TIME, A PIAGGIO P-180 WAS PERFORMING A LANDING AT INDIANAPOLIS EXECUTIVE AIRPORT IN ZIONSVILLE INDIANA. ON LANDING ROLLOUT THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR BRAKE FAILED AND "LOCKED UP" CAUSING A FAILURE OF THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR TIRE AND SUBSEQUENT LOSS OF CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT. THE AIRCRAFT STOPPED ON THE RUNWAY APPROXIMATELY 3 FEET FROM THE RIGHT RUNWAY EDGE. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR AND RIGHT ENGINE PROPELLER. FIVER PEOPLE ON BOARD WITH NO REPORTED INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
