## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT REPORTED AT APPROXIMATLEY 0830 HRS ON MAY 9, 2025, THAT WHILE LANDING FOR A RELOAD THE APPROACH SEEMED A LITTLE FAST, AND ON TOUCHDOWN ROLLOUT HE STARTED TO USE BETA (THRUST REVERSE) WITHOUT THE TAIL WHEEL BEING FULLY ON THE GROUND RESULTING IN THE AIRCRAFT NOSING OVER AND LANDING ON ITS BACK. THE PILOT ALSO NOTED THAT HE DID NOT APPLY BRAKES DURING THE EVENT. UPON ARRIVAL TO THE SCENE, I FOUND THAT THE AIRCRAFT HAD BEEN RELOCATED TO A HAY BARN NOT FAR FROM THE GRAVEL STRIP WHERE THE ACCIDENT HAD OCCURED. THE AIRCRAFT HAD BEEN DISASSEMBLED WITH THE WINGS, VERTICAL STABILIZER, AND FUSELAGE PANELS REMOVED. EXAMINATION OF THE PARTS AND FUSELAGE, INDICATED THAT THE DAMAGE SUSTAINED TO THE AIRCAFT WAS CONSISTENT WITH THE PILOTS REPORT.
