## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT TOOK OFF FROM PAGE AIRPORT IN ARIZONA AFTER A REFUELING STOP. SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, THE LANDING GEAR FAILED TO RETRACT. HE CYCLED THE GEAR SWITCH NUMEROUS TIMES TO NO AVAIL. THE MECHANICAL GEAR INDICATORS STILL SHOWED GEAR WAS DOWN.HE MADE TWO PASSES AROUND THE AIRPORT AND ON THE THIRD, ATTEMPTED TO LAND. UPON LANDING, THE AIRCRAFT TRAVELED 5000 FEET DOWN THE RUNWAY BEFORE THE MAINS COLLAPSED.THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST ON THE NOSE WHEEL AND THE TWO UNDERWING EXTERNAL FUEL PODS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
