## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

STUDENT PILOT WAS FLYING THE AIRCRAFT. UPON THE LANDING THE INCORRECT RUDDER AND AILERON INPUTS WERE ESTABLISHED. THE FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR CORRECTED THE INCORRECT INPUTS AND LANDED THE AIRCRAFT. HE THEN WAS GOING TO DEMONSTRATE A LANDING HOWEVER, UPON THEIR NEXT TIME IN THE TRAFFIC PATTERN THEY HEARD SOMETHING AND THEY LANDED AND LOOKED AT THE AIRCRAFT. UPON INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT THEY THEN NOTICED THAT A PROP STRIKE HAD OCCURED ON THE 1ST LANDING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
