## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JUNE 15, 2025, THE INCIDENT AIRCRAFT FLEW FROM GILLESPIE FIELD (KSEE) TO BROWN FIELD (KSDM) THEN BACK TO KSEE. PER THE PILOT STATEMENT, THE FLIGHT TIME WAS APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES. DURING THAT TIME THE PILOT STATED HE DID NOT NOTICE ANY UNUSUAL CHARACTERISTICS. ON APPROACH TO KSEE THE AIRCRAFT WAS CLEARED TO LAND RUNWAY 27L. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED NORMALLY, MAINS FIRST THEN THE NOSE GEAR. DURING THE ROLLOUT, WHEN THE AIRCRAFT'S NOSE GEAR TOUCHED DOWN ON THE RUNWAY, THE NOSE GEAR VEERED SLIGHTLY TO THE LEFT AND COLLAPSED INWARD RESTING ON THE SIDE OF THE NOSE GEAR FORK. THIS CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO FALL FORWARD ONTO THE COWLING STRIKING THE PROPS ON THE RUNWAY. ONCE THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST, THE PILOT EXITED THE AIRCRAFT WITHOUT INJURY AND WAITED FOR AIRPORT OPERATIONS TO ASSIST. UPON RECEIVING APPROVAL FROM NTSB TO CLEAR THE AIRCRAFT FROM THE RUNWAY, THE AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED BACK TO HANGAR FOR MAINTENANCE. IF ANY ADDTIONAL INFORMATION BECOMES AVAIABLE THIS REPORT WILL BE AMENDED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
