## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE AT A CRUISE ALTITUDE, WITH AUTOPILOT ALTITUDE HOLD ENGAGED & SET AT 3500 FEET MSL, THE PILOT NOTICED A SLOW CLIMB AND THAT HIS CURRENT ALTITUDE WAS NOW AT 4000 FEET MSL. THE COLLECTIVE AND CYCLIC CONTROLS REQUIRED EXCESSIVE FORCES TO MOVE INDICATING A HYDRAULIC SYSTEM ISSUE. THE PILOT VALIDATED THE HYDRAULIC SWITCH WAS IN THE ON POSITION AND THEN PROCEEDED TO PERFORM THE HYDRAULICS EMERGENCY CHECKLIST WITH NO RESOLUTION TO THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM ISSUE. AN EMERGENCY RUN-ON LANDING WAS PERFORMED AT THE BOWLING GREEN, MO AIRPORT H19, RUNWAY 13. NO INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY REPORTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
