## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON A CALM VFR DAY, THE PILOT WAS PRACTICING PATTERNS IN A TAILWHEEL AIRCRAFT ON RUNWAY 13R AT RHV, USING A WHEEL LANDING TECHNIQUE, WITHOUT LOWERING THE TAIL TO THE GROUND. AFTER 9 LANDINGS, 8 RESULTING IN A TOUCH AND GO, 1 RESULTING IN A FULL STOP, THE PILOT MADE HIS FINAL WHEEL LANDING AND DURING ROLL OUT THE AIRCRAFT YAWED TO THE RIGHT, THE NOSE PITCHED FORWARDAND THE PROPELLER STRUCK THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF 13R NEAR THE GRASS.

NO INJURIES OCCURED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
