## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED FROM T82, AND AT APPROXIMATELY 1920 EXPERIENCED ENGINE PROBLEMS. THE PILOT ELECTED TO MAKE A LANDING IN A NEIGHBORHOOD. DURING ROLLOUT, THE RIGHT WING STRUCK A TREE, CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO SPIN CLOCKWISE. AS A RESULT, THE AIRCRAFT TIPPED AND IMPACTED THE GROUND ON THE LEFT WING AND ONE PROPELLER BLADE BEFORE COMING TO REST. DURING THE INVESTIGATION, THE FUEL SELECTOR WAS FOUND SET TO THE RIGHT-WING TANK. NO FUEL WAS VISIBLE THROUGH THE RIGHT-WING FUEL FILLER PORT, AND ONLY HALF A QUART OF FUEL COULD BE DRAINED FROM THE RIGHT-WING TANK.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB CEN25LA301](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CEN25LA301), Jul 25, 2025: Cessna U206G (N756XY), Kerrville, TX, substantial damage. Probable cause: The pilot’s failure to confirm the fuel quantity before flight which resulted in a loss of engine power due to fuel starvation.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
