## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JULY 27, 2025, AT 2005Z, COLUMBIA 400 ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, WAS LANDING RUNWAY 22 AT KTXK AND VEERED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY AFTER PASSING TXY C. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST BETWEEN RWY 22 AND TXY D CLEAR OF THE RWY 22 RSA. THE AIRCRAFT’S NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED, AND THE PROPELLER WAS DAMAGED. VMC CONDITIONS EXISTED. PILOT WAS THE SOLE OCCUPANT AND SUSTAINED NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
