## Narrative

THIS EVENT WAS INITIALLY RECORDED AS AN ACCIDENT INVOLVING INJURY TO ONE ASSIGNED CREWMEMBER. UPON INVESTIGATION, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE INJURY WAS MINOR, DID NOT REQUIRE MEDICAL ASSITANCE OR ENTRY INTO A HOSPITAL AND DID NOT RISE TO THE LEVEL OF AN ACCIDENT. FURTHER, THE AIRWORTHINESS INVESTIGATION DETERMINED THAT A REVIEW OF THE DVDR WAS ACCOMPLISHED BY TECH SUPPORT AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT ALL PARAMETERS WERE WITHIN LIMITS, DISPOSITIONED PER AMM 05-51-17-200-001-A. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE WITHOUT NEED OF REPAIR.

Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong.
