ON SEPTEMBER 28TH, AT ABOUT 1320PM MDT, A PILATUS PC-12NGX EXPERIENCED A PORPOISE LANDING AT KASE RESULTING IN MINOR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT. DAMAGES INCLUDED A BLOWN NOSEWHEEL TIRE, SOME DAMAGE TO NOSEWHEEL HUB, AND A PROPELLER STRIKE ON THE RUNWAY PAVEMENT.

THE REPORTED WEATHER AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT WAS LIGHT RAIN, WINDS FROM THE WEST AT 21 MPH, GUSTING TO 31MPH.

PILOT ELECTED TO ENROLL IN FLIGHT TRAINING SPECIFIC TO AIRCRAFT MAKE AND MODEL.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
