## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE INCIDENT AIRCRAFT WAS CLEARED TO LAND ON RUNWAY 05 AT KBCT. DURING THE LANDING, THE PIC STATED HE FELT LIKE THE AIRCRAFT FLOATED A LITTLE MORE THAN USUAL BEFORE THE MAIN LANDING GEAR CONTACTED THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT RAN OFF THE END OF RUNWAY 05 INTO THE EMAS BEFORE COMING TO A STOP. WEATHER CONDITIONS AT THE TIME WERE HEAVY RAIN, MIST AND STANDING WATER ON THE RUNWAY. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE OF THE RUNWAY SHOWS THE INCIDENT AIRCRAFT LANDING OVER HALFWAY DOWN RUNWAY 05.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
