## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON VFR DEPARTURE AT 1600 LOCAL, DOOR POPPED OPEN SHORTLY AFTER LIFT OFF, COULD NOT HEAR RADIO AND SOME YAW FROM OPENED DOOR. RETURNED TO 1T7 TO LAND. ON LANDING, AIRCRAFT DEPARTED RUNWAY AND CAME TO STOP AFTER IMPACTING SIDE OF HANGAR.

LANDED ON RUNWAY 30, WEATHER CLEAR, RUNWAY HAS SIGNIFICANT UPSLOPE (VFR OPS ONLY)

HANGAR WAS ABOUT 200' FROM WHERE AC DEPARTED RUNWAY LEFT SIDE OF RUNWAY 30, RUNWAY WIDTH 40 FEET.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
