As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON SEPTEMBER 27, 2025, A PIPER PA60 AIRCRAFT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL ON ROLLOUT FROM LANDING ON RUNWAY 24 AT KRCV DUE TO AN UNDETECTED TIRE FAILURE THAT LIKELY OCCURRED ON DEPARTURE OR SHORTLY AFTER DEPARTURE FROM NEBRASKA. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE DUE TO CONTACTING A SIGN, RESULTING IN PUNTURES IN THE FOREWARD AND UNDERWING FUSELAGE. NO INJURIES RESULTED FROM THE EVENT. VISUAL METEROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PERSISTED AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT.
