## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

UPON LANDING, AS THE NOSE WHEEL TOUCHED DOWN, THE AIRCRAFT VEERED TO THE LEFT. THE PILOT APPLIED RIGHT BRAKE TO CORRECT. HE THEN TAXIED AND TOOK OFF AGAIN. UPON LANDING THE SECOND TIME, IT VEERED TO THE LEFT. THE PILOT APPLIED RIGHT BRAKE AND THE AIRCRAFT STEERED HARD RIGHT ONTO THE TAXIWAY, AT WHICH TIME THE NOSE GEAR BROKE OFF BELOW THE ATTACH POINT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ENGINE. THE PROPELLER IMPACTED THE TAXIWAY WHEN THE NOSE GEAR SEPERATED FROM THE AIRCRAFT. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND MINOR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT. THERE WAS NO POST IMPACT FIRE OR INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
