## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ LANDED AT SJC ON RWY 30R AND WAS GIVEN EXITING INSTRUCTIONS AT TXY FOXTROT. AFTER EXITING THE PILOT CONTACTED GC FOR INSTRUCTIONS TO THE GA WEST RAMP. GC ISSUED INSTRUCTIONS TO TAXI VIA TXY YANKEE AND TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 30R AT TXY HOTEL. AS ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ APPROACHED THE HOLD SHORT BARS FOR RWY 30R AT TXY HOTEL THEY PRESSED ON THE BRAKES WHICH CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO TILT FORWARD AND CAUSED A PROP STRIKE WITH THE PAVEMENT.

IF ITEMS ARE FOUND THAT NEED TO BE ADDED THEY WILL BE ADDED TO THIS REPORT AS REQUIRED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
