## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON NOVEMBER 6, AT APPROXIMATELY 1530 HOURS, THE AIRMAN SELECTED THE LANDING GEAR DOWN LEVER WHILE ON FINAL APPROACH TO LAND. HOWEVER, HE DID NOT RECEIVE A GREEN LIGHT INDICATING THAT THE NOSE LANDING GEAR WAS DOWN. HE CYCLED THE LANDING GEAR TWICE, BUT STILL DID NOT GET A GREEN LIGHT FOR THE NOSE LANDING GEAR. THE AIRMAN COULD VISIBLY CONFIRM THAT THE NOSE GEAR WAS DOWN, HE DECIDED TO PROCEED WITH THE LANDING.

AFTER TOUCHDOWN, WHILE ROLLING OUT, THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED, CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE NOSE GEAR DOORS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
