## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON NOVEMBER 12, 2025, AT APPROXIMATELY 1400 LOCAL TIME, AN INCIDENT OCCURRED AT MUSCATINE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (MUT) INVOLVING A CESSNA 206 AND A KING AIR. THE WEATHER WAS CLEAR AND SUNNY WITH UNRESTRICTED VISIBILITY, WITH WINDS FROM 300 DEGREES AT 17 KNOTS, GUSTING TO 25 KNOTS. AFTER REFUELING, THE CESSNA ATTEMPTED TO TAXI TO RUNWAY 30. A WITNESS STATED THAT THE CESSNA PILOT COMMUNICATED HIS INTENTIONS OVER THE RADIO TO TAXI TO RUNWAY 30. PRIOR TO THIS, THE KING AIR HAD ANNOUNCED ITS POSITION ON THE ILS FOR RUNWAY 24 DURING FINAL APPROACH. THE CESSNA TAXIED OUT AND CROSSED RUNWAY 24, WHERE IT WAS STRUCK BY THE KING AIR THAT HAD LANDED. THE COLLISION RESULTED IN SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO BOTH AIRCRAFT, WITH THE KING AIR'S RIGHT WING SEVERELY DAMAGING THE CESSNA'S TAIL.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
