## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON NOVEMBER 22, 2025 AT APPROXIMATELY 19:00, A PIPER CHEROKEE WARRIOR II WAS PREPARING FOR TAKEOFF FROM RUNWAY 2 AT CONCORD AIRPORT (JQF).DURING THE TAKEOFF ROLL, THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN VEERING TO THE LEFT. RIGHT RUDDER INPUTS FROM BOTH INDIVIDUALS IN THE COCKPIT FAILED TO STOP THE DEVIATION. THE AIRCRAFT EXITED THE RUNWAY AND ENTERED THE GRASS.

THE THROTTLE WAS THEN REDUCED TO IDLE. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED CURVING LEFT AT A DECREASING SPEED BEFORE PIVOTING SHARPLY, WHICH CAUSED THE RIGHT WING TO STRIKE A TAXIWAY SIGN NEAR TAXIWAY A.

THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP, AND THE ENGINE AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS WERE SHUT DOWN.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
